The Tenant has requested that Operator hold a key to Tenant’s lock on the Unit, and provide access during regular business hours into the Unit to the persons or entities listed below, including anyone representing themselves to be an agent of such person or entity. Tenant is paying no additional rent, fee or other consideration to Operator for this service. In consideration of this gratuitous service by Operator, Tenant releases Operator and Operator’s agents from all liability, including liability for Operator’s negligence, for interruption of access; confusion, substitution, disappearance or loss of Tenant’s lock or key; or the theft, disappearance, loss or damage of or to any property stored in the Unit or conveyed to or from the Unit. 3. Operator’s sole duty is to provide the requested access. Operator has no duty to handle any property being placed in or being removed from the Unit, nor to verify the items taken or removed against any list or limitation rule. Operator has no duty to police the activities of such persons while they are within the Unit. Operator may at its election sign out Tenant’s key to such persons. As such, responsibility for relocking the Unit with Tenant’s lock would be upon the visiting person. Tenant authorizes Operator to sign for deliveries. Tenant acknowledges that any such signature provided by Operator would be solely for the purpose of making the delivery possible, and that it imposes no other duty upon Operator whatsoever, including verifying the contents or condition of property upon arrival. Nothing in this authority shall be construed to create a bailment as between Tenant and Operator. 4. Operator may, but is not required to, verify the identity of persons requesting access to the Unit pursuant to this authority. Operator reserves the right to refuse access to any person at Operator’s sole discretion, whether such person is named here or not.
