No, we included all fees and taxes in your rental rate...so what you see is what you pay.
Your electricity is already calculated in your rent, so you will not receive any additional bills from us.
A written notice is required at least 10 days prior to your next billing cycle. If proper notice is not received, you will still be liable for the full following month's rent. We do not prorated when vacating a unit. For example, in a month with 30 days, you would need to submit your vacate notice on or before the 20th. If you submit a vacate notice on the 21st or later, you will still be liable for another month of rent.
It is important that ALL items (including trash) are removed from your unit. The unit should be swept out. Any damage caused by your or your guest should be reported. Leave door closed. Inform front office that your unit is vacant so we can conduct a final move-out inspection.
You are responsible for any damage caused by you, or any guest you bring on the property. It is important to report damage immediately. Additional charges will be added for the time spent reviewing tape for non-reported incidents.
Payments are always due on the 1st of each month.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change due dates at this time. All accounts are on the same billing cycle which is the 1st of each month.
We are currently accepting online card payments through your account, checks, and cash. There is a drop box onsite where you can deliver your payment 24-hours a day.
No, we do not currently offer any discounts for pre-paying. The only discount offered is for Military.

Our storage units are intended for static storage only. Anything beyond that is prohibited by our rules and zoning; including but not limited to: fabrication, mechanical, using an AC, modifying unit, loitering, etc...please see our full list of rules for additional information.

OWNER FAQ's

These are storage “condominiums” & work just like a traditional residential condominium. You own the inside of your unit, while the land, exterior of the building, roof, and hallways are common areas. The sale is recorded with the county, and you receive a deed for your purchase.
Owners Association (OA) dues & property taxes for your unit.
OA dues are $240 Annually per unit, and covers water, lights, trash, street sweeping, landscape maintenance, bathrooms, showers, RV dump, security system, & general liability insurance. (All 80’ are 2 units so dues will be $480)
As an owner, you will be responsible for upkeep of your door, BUT...we can help guide you to reputable door companies.
The person who caused the damage OR the tenant/owner of the guest who caused the damage.
The OA maintains a General Liability Policy that covers the building in such an event, however, you will need to provide your own coverage for the contents inside. Claims will be submit at the discretion of the OA.
Of course! You are always welcome to sell or rent your unit on your own, or with the assistance of a real estate agent of your choice.
Unfortunately we do not do in house financing at this time. We would recommend checking with your local bank or credit unit to see what options they have for you. A frequent lender for our units is 1st Bank Yuma.
No, absolutely not. You need a minimum of 5 extra feet to ensure clearance in the back and front of your rig. Measurements are taken from the exterior points of the building, so clearance inside will always be a little less than the actual dimensions. Please carefully measure and assess how much space you will be needing before committing to a unit.
