For example: door adjustments technician needs a minimum of 5'-7' depth inside unit along the whole frontline to have room for a ladder. *Please verify sufficient access pathways inside unit prior to submitting request. *If vendor can't complete repair due to inablilty to access repair item, you will be responsible for any excess trip fees. (Please contact the office if you need assistance with access coordination, such as temporary vehicle parking to move a vehicle out of the way for repair access.) Vendors provide window time frame or fit us in unexpectedly if another job finishes early.Your request will not be scheduled with vendor until the key is at the office or combination has been provided. There is a dropbox onsite if you need to drop off key after hours. It is located in the hallway behind the office near the restrooms. We will initiate the repair request with the appropriate vendor and provide them your phone number to finalize scheduling directly with you. Scheduling must be during normal business hours. Please put a reminder on your calendar so you do not miss your appointment. *Failing to show up at your appointment may result in unneccessary trip fees from the vendor which you will be responsible for. Additional fees for your failure to show up will automatically be added to your account.
