Vacate Notice

Vacate notices are due at least 10 days before next billing cycle. (billing cycle is the 1st of each month)

Please check your email for 2nd confirmation email confirming that your vacate notice has been processed by an associate along with moveout instructions. You should receive confirmation within 2 business days.

If you do not receive confirmation, please check your junk mail and verify with the office that your notice was received.

If vacating more than one unit but on different days, please submit two separate forms. If vacating on the same day, one form is fine.
WE DO NOT PRORATE
I understand that Premier Storage 2 DOES NOT prorate rent at move out. I am responsible for the whole month of rent even if I move out before the last day of the month
VACANT & UNLOCKED
I understand that rent will continue to accrue until ALL ITEMS ARE REMOVED AND LOCK IS REMOVED. If the unit is not VACANT & UNLOCKED by the last day of the month, another full month's rent is due.
MOVE OUT CLEANING
I understand that the unit is to be completely emptied, swept out, and damage free. Any damage needs to reported to the office immediately. Oil stains must be cleaned up properly. I understand I will be billed for any cleaning & repairs.
Billing cycle is the 1st through the last day of the month. Rent is due in full for the whole month even if you move out prior to the last day of the month.
