What we collect

What you give us on our forms, your lease, or over the phone: your name, phone, email, mailing address, the unit or space you rent or want, and your answers on the form. When you rent, we also keep the documents the lease needs, like your ID and insurance.

How we use it

To run your rental and the waitlist: tell you when a unit opens, send lease and account notices, answer your questions, and ask how we did. We don’t sell your information.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, we text you about your waitlist spot, openings, your unit, and how we’re doing. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, START to start again, or HELP for help.

We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing. Your number is only used by Premier Storage 2 and the texting service that delivers our messages.

Emails

Every email we send about openings or news has an unsubscribe link.

Our website

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, so we can make the site better. It uses cookies and doesn’t tell us who you are.
